David Bowie- Never let me down 2018

Never Let Me Down 2018 is the reimagined version of David Bowie’s 1987 album, created to bring to life Bowie’s vision of updating and enhancing the original recordings. Released posthumously in 2018 as part of the Loving the Alien (1983–1988) box set, the album features refreshed arrangements, live instrumentation, and contributions from Bowie’s handpicked collaborators, including Reeves Gabrels, Laurie Anderson, David Torn, Sterling Campbell, Tim Lefebvre, and Nico Muhly.

Working alongside producer and mixer Mario J. McNulty at New York’s iconic Electric Lady Studios and Incognito Studios, Ernesto supported the complex production, helping preserve Bowie’s vocals while integrating new live drums, strings, and guitar parts. The project stands as a testament not only to Bowie’s enduring musical legacy but also to the collaborative effort of a remarkable team of musicians and engineers bringing his vision to life.
